Slow Cooked Egg | Asparagus | Buckwheat
The base of this spring dish is buckwheat with fresh green asparagus. In the middle we place a sous vide cooked plain egg. The result is when you slice the egg it will be runny and offers a very creamy texture on the garnish. At the end we finish the dish with some beef jus which rounds the savory flavors perfectly up.
Please warm up the dish for 20 seconds in the microwave before consuming.
