On what days can I order?

You can place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our webshop.

Can I request delivery for the weekend?

We deliver from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 8 pm, at your convenient time.

When will the courier arrive?

Our courier delivers our food in your specified time zone. You will be sent a short notice on the given number before his arrival.

What is the delivery area?

Our wide delivery area includes all districts and the outskirts of Budapest.

We deliver in the cities:

How much does shipping cost?

We apply for all addresses within Budapest HUF 890 per order. For the outskirt the delivery fee starts from HUF 1.900 and will be reduced based on your order value.

This will be added on top of the order by check-out when entering the personal data and delivery address.

Can I pay by credit card?

Pay online by check-out with your bank or credit card in the SimplePay System of OTP.

How long can I order?

Orders received until 22:00 each evening can be delivered on the next business day.

How long does it take to place my order?

Orders will be delivered on the day and time zone you specify. Our currier will notify you of the exact arrival by phone or.

What if I'm not home when the courier arrives?

If, for some reason, you are not at home when we deliver, please leave a short message with our customer service.

If you do not open the door, our courier will contact you immediately by phone to discuss further details.

Due to our business reasons, our currier cannot wait longer than 15 minutes for you.

Who can I contact with my special request?

Feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone with any of your special request. Our customer service is available between 9:00 and 16:00 on the phone.

What should I do with porcelain plates?

The porcelain plates, the black box and the accompanying tray, as well as other delivered service equipment will be returned free of charge by our courier on the next working day.

How do I heat food?

Hot meal containers are microwave proof. Heat the soup 1,5 min, main course 1 min in the microwave at 800 W. LEAVE the cover on the food when placing in the microwave!

Don’t have a microwave? - Heat simply in a pan at low temperature.

We do not suggest using the oven as the product will dry out.

How long can I eat?

Our dishes are made from market fresh ingredients on the day of delivery.

Store them under proper condition, and they will be still fine on the following day.
