Grilled Chicken Breast

Corn Ragu | Barley | Gravy sauce

Very juicy low temperature cooked chicken breast from the Great Market Hall.

After this cooking method we than grill the breast to give it a nice roasted flavour and garnish it with barley and sweet corn.

We finally season the dish with black pepper, touch of salt, BIO Olive Oil and our famous homemade gravy sauce.
