Our freshly delivered Norwegian Salmon from the Budaörs Fishmarket is first cured** and then pan seared. This technique allows us to deliver this product very soft and tender with a nice inner rose part.
When you reheat at home the fish will be with all his natural flavours. Further we hand slice thin stripes of vegetables which are pan seared (leek, carrot, zucchini). We call this vegetable fettuccine because of its look.
When we are plating up the vegetables will be place on the bottom on top the salmon and surrounded with a refreshing coconut, ginger and lime sauce.
