Grilled Chicken Breast

Super soft Chicken Breast cooked sous vide together with thyme and garlic. After the cooking with grill the chicken to give it a nicely roasted aroma together with the herbs.
To give this dish a very tasty and unique garnish we cook daikon and radish together with pear balsamic from PÖDÖR and mix it with the premium Black Beluga Lentils which are cooked firm with orange juice. To round up the flavors we season the garnish with Olive Oil and a touch of Asian sauce.
