Buckwheat & Thai Mango

At first, we boil gently the buckwheat and season this still hot with fresh lemon juice, premium Olive Oil from Pödör, sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
We incorporate freshly hand diced cubes of mango and papaya which gives a fruity exotic touch. For the crunchy side, our Chef is adding raw pack choi which includes plenty of vitamins from this seasonal vegetable. For this salad we highly recommend our own Peanut Bergamot Dressing which you can buy for an additional 590 Huf.
