Duck Leg slow cooked for more than 8 hours and flavored with fresh herbs and garlic for a super tender meat. After the cooking we deep fry the duck leg for a couple of seconds to give the skin a very crispy sensation.
Our new refreshing spring garnish is prepared with BIO red lentils which are cooked al dente with orange juice. Than we mix the lentils with freshly sliced segments of mandarin, grapefruits and adding pomegranate on it.
