Norwegian Salmon & Buckwheat
Our freshly delivered Norwegian Salmon from the Budaörs Fishmarket is first cured** and then pan seared. This technique allows us to deliver this product very soft and tender with a nice inner rose part. When you reheat at home the fish will be with all his natural flavors.
The garnish is composed with buckwheat cooked with high quality curry which is glazed with fresh orange juice, rice vinegar, honey and gives you a perfect balance between savory and sweet. Than we add soft cooked carrots and freshly sliced orange segments.
This new dish offers you a light and healthy lunch or dinner option. The citrus flavors are very refreshing and in harmony with the curry spices and reminds you a warm day in spring.
