Store in a refrigerator.
Can be used within 5 days of reconstitution and within 3 days of reconstitution.
** [Cured, Curing] , i.e. "curing" the fish in a marinade. This pickling is a food preservation and seasoning process in which meat, fish and vegetables are first prepared by adding a combination of salt and sugar. The procedure is designed to remove moisture from food as a process of osmosis.
