Black Angus Beef Short Ribs
Ingredients: Black Angus Beef Short Ribs Slow Cooked
Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Garlic, Thyme, Rosemary, Coriander and Parsley
This is our most prestigious meat cut for you, sous vide cooked for 24 hours with all the herbs and spices.
At first we roast a whole rack of 1.5 kg to release the intense flavors from the bones, than we cook the meat with all spices and herbs for more than 24h to make the meat so intensively buttery that the bones will come off by itself.
This high level Black Angus is for real connoisseurs and let you enjoy a fantastic and extensively large cut of melting beef amongst your friends or family.
Portion Size: 1-2 Person, weight varies between 250 g - 400 g
Packaging: The entire meat will be delivered in a clean and labeled sous vide bag. The entire large portion is within one single bag.
Reheating Type: Cut the meat in the preferred portion size. Our Chef strongly suggests to heat the meat in the microwave, why?
The meat will stay juicy and tender. If you heat in the oven it may loose the liquid and can get a bit dry. Further the microwave is much faster and easier to reheat. Still if you prefer to use the oven we wont hold you back and the quality will be still excellent.
How to heat: Open the vacuum bag entirely with a scissor. Take out the meat and cut into your preferred portion size. Place it on a microwavable dish and scrap the juice or leftover herbs out of the plastic bag onto the plate. Place it in your microwave, cover with a lid and heat for 1 or 1.5 minutes at 800 watts. After heating ff possible stick with a knife or fork inside the meat to check if the core temperature is enough.
We strongly suggest to heat the meat not too hot. The goal is to enjoy a beautiful melting piece of meat where all herbs and flavors are very present.
Leftovers: If the portion is too large please cut the meat in your preferred portion size and simply freeze the meat in a specialized plastic bag. The product can be regenerated any time later without losing on quality or flavor. Heat again as on the above explication.
