Our new spring salad will surprise you.
Using the best leaves of the light bitter radicchio which is than cooked at low temperature together with BIO Cherry Balsamic from Pödör. This cooking technique allows us to increase the natural salad flavors and remove the characteristic bitterness. We adding now roasted pistachio a bit of BIO Apple Balsamic and a touch of Greek yoghurt to give this dish a refreshing creamy touch.
When you eat: Firm salad with very light bitter notes and surprising fruity and red berries acidity rounded up with cracking pistachio and fresh creamy yoghurt.
